$2.2 million Multi Unit Sold Earlier this month, MGR Real Estate completed the sale of an apartment complex in Apple Valley for $2,250,000. The multi-unit consists of seven apartment buildings, totaling 20 units, which are also managed by MGR Property Management Services. In addition MGR real estate agents represented both the buyer and seller. Michael Rademaker and Dan Dickson from the Ontario MGR office acted as the listing agent while Randy Sanchez from the Victorville MGR office represented the potential buyer. This team effort by the agents of the Ontario MGR office and the Victorville MGR office, in addition to the insight provided by MGR Property Management allowed for the successful sale of this property.
